We have Free, Basic, Pro and higher matrix plans. Free version is desktop software with your own API key for business idea planning. Basic works as your personal business assistant for web research. Pro can automate tasks like filling forms. Higher tier supports full multi-platform social media matrix marketing.

Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. In your account, open the AI Workbench and turn off Auto-renew (Account → Auto-renew). Your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. You can turn it back on anytime.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — once you do, we automatically unlock the cloud knowledge base for that tier, so your AiCOO desktop app can immediately access more knowledge and your agents execute tasks more effectively right away. Mid-cycle upgrades are billed as the prorated difference for the remaining days, and the new tier takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. To upgrade mid-cycle, please contact support.
Yes, our free desktop version lets you start exploring and organize your online business ideas at no cost.
AI COO runs locally on your desktop. Your data is stored separately on Tencent Cloud COS. We never use your business data to train AI models, and you can download and export all your data anytime.
You still have access to download all your business data. We will not use or retain your business data beyond what is required.
Yes, we provide customer support to help you solve issues with your AI COO setup and business tasks.
