Cookie Policy

Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how AiCOO uses cookies and similar technologies on aicoo-ai.com, what choices you have, and how you can change them at any time.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use browser local storage for the same purposes. They help the site keep you signed in, remember your language, and — only with your consent — measure how the site is used.

Strictly necessary — always active

Required for the site to work. These cover your login session, security protections, your language preference and the record of your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off and do not require consent.

Analytics — optional

Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-2HMSRMLGK6). It is loaded only after you choose “Accept all” or enable Analytics in your preferences. It sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_2HMSRMLGK6 and collects aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device type). IP anonymisation is enabled.

Marketing — optional

Advertising or tracking pixels. AiCOO does not currently use any marketing cookies. If this changes, they will only load after you opt in.

Your Choices

On your first visit from the EU/EEA/UK you will see a banner with three equally weighted options: Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

Regional Behaviour

The banner is shown to visitors in the EU/EEA/UK (estimated from your browser time zone). Visitors in mainland China do not see the banner and analytics is not loaded. In other regions analytics loads by default; you can still opt out via Cookie Settings.

Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
